 listed below are a series of orders issued by the Family Court of Montgomery, The Judge are Brad Menhiem of Dothan Alabama, Anita Kelly and Patricia D. Warner. Additionally, Arrest records filed by the Montgomery County Sheriff's and The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office.

    My Child custody cases began as a simple custody hearing that developed into full scale assualt by the Montgomery County Aabama Judicial System, to prevent me  from pursuing custody of my children. As a reslut I have been fasley charges with a series of malice charges of child abuse. This is while the custody issues are currently pending.

 

I. In Beasley vs Tompkins, The attorney's and the mother falsley alleged income variations to inflate a higher child support award. the three exhibits represent the misrepresentation of income by the court and the attorneys' for the mother. The father's w-2 income was support by state and federal income forms. II.  In Tompkins Vs Larry, family Court Judge Anita Kelly, accomodated the mother by placing the child with a register adult sex offender and Judge Warner placed the child in the home of a drug user, whom child was being sexually fondle by the father.  Larry Ex Parte Petition for custody 1,2,3,: , Petition by Juliana Taylor  falsley alleging child endangerment, 1,2, , The petition was in response to the father filing a PFA, when she came to the father's unannounced attempting instigate an argument. III. Betty Barker's  Petition for custody, 1,2,3,4,5,6, she is not related to the family by blood nor marriage.

IV. After my attorney was appointed by Judge Patricia Warner and represented Betty Barker in an Ex Parte Hearing,  He filed this motion to withdraw after I learned of the hearing and his representation. Exhibit 1 .
